Group members may also suggest guest speakers.

Participants often form a bond based on the commonality of their day-to-day experiences. They learn from each other, experience relief, have fun, and become inspired by each other's journeys.

Often there are people present who have recovered from their illness/disorder, who choose to attend to provide support to others.

We ask that none of the participants record the support group session and no one other than the participant views or listens in on the support group. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that what is discussed at the meeting will remain confidential as we have to rely on the members of the group to maintain confidentiality.
